Both are good arguments, but none of them can be the argument in support for the introduction or reject universal health care. The issue must be resolved through an ethical framework.

An examination of ethical issues in health care reform requires a lot of issues other than those already presented. The ethical questions focus mainly on moral rights. Discussion would begin to be "what is best for me?" but "How we as a society to act so that our actions are morally right?"Ethics refers to the determination of right and wrong in the way people relate to each other. Ethical decision making to reform health care require people to act for our relationship to each other, not our own individual interests.

The review of certain decisions by agreement on ethical theories can provide a basis for a different perspective of which only cares about the rights and freedoms.Ethical decision making requires a response to specific questions to determine whether planned actions are good or morally right.
